There’s no denying that incorporating more plant-based meals into your diet can be good for your body, the planet AND your wallet.
We are lucky to have a food scene brimming with meat-free fare – from pizza to soul food to Mexican, and everything in between. Vegan food doesn’t have to be restrictive, and these vegan friendly eateries prove it.
Vegos
When owners Elizabeth and Jonathan started exploring a vegan diet, they started searching for familiar dishes that they grew up on like burritos, enchiladas, tamales and sopapillas. When they couldn’t find what they were looking for, they knew instantly what type of food truck they wanted to create.
Vegos aims to show Albuquerque that the dishes we grew up eating can still be enjoyed on a fully plant-based diet.
Siam Cafe
Siam Cafe offers a varied menu that gives you a truly authentic taste of Thailand. Nearly all dishes on the menu can be made vegan.
La Finca Bowls
Fast and fresh, healthy, build-to-order bowls, focused on locally sources and organic ingredients. Choose your base, select a protein, add veggies, sauce it up and enjoy at the no-frills restaurant or on the go.
Mata G Vegetarian Kitchen

Thai Vegan
Thai Vegan has been serving an authentic, all vegan Thai menu for more than 10 years. When chef-owner Pat Phomnoi’s brother was diagnosed with cancer, she became inspired to open a vegan restaurant in order to provide healthier culinary options for the public.
Holmes Pizza
A group of former Sister Bar employees came together to open a pizza & arcade shop, because what’s better than pizza, beer and pinball together, right? The pizza is an east coast style thin crust, stone cooked pie. Non-GMO hand made dough and house made vegan cheeses.
Wild Rosemary
Located in 505 Central Food Hall, Wild Rosemary is a female veteran owned restaurant offering ancient grain based bowls, wraps & salads. Vegan base with protein options for vegetarians and carnivores.
