Experience the wisdom of nature, where our talented team will guide you through a full morning of meditation, herbal tea tasting and native plants foraging, all thoughtfully designed to help you reconnect with nature.
Wes Brittenham, our Farm and Landscape Manager and native plant expert, will lead a foraging walk focused on identifying native plants and their various culinary and healing uses. Then, enjoy an herbal tea tasting, highlighting ingredients harvested from our own property. The morninig will conclude with a one hour guided meditation session, led by local healer Chela Gurnee, who will show you how to tap into nature and tune into your intuition, beauty and clarity.
