Lineage and Intelligence

Event has passed!

Visiting teacher Robert Krupnick explores lineage and intelligence and what it means in our lives.

Robert and his wife Jacqueline Saunders recently moved to Santa Fe from Ojai, California. Early students of the Vidyadhara Chögyam Trungpa and the Vajra Regent Ösel Tendzin, their experiences within Shambhala offer an insight into devotion to the teachings and our shared history. Robert’s relationship with the Shambhala Archives and his dedication ensures protection and preservation of the collection of the original recordings of the Vajra Regent Ösel Tendzin’s teachings from the Vajradhatu years.

Robert received his B.M. in piano and composition from the San Francisco Conservatory of Music and his M.F.A. from the University of California, Los Angeles. He has received many Awards and he performed extensively in the Bay Area, Seattle, Ojai and Halifax. His repertoire includes the entire Mozart Sonata cycle, J.S. Bach’s “Goldberg Variations, as well as contemporary solo and chamber music repertoire. He has taught privately in Ojai, CA, Seattle, WA and is currently teaching in Santa Fe, NM.
