Beer Dinner

Join Head Brewer Kaylynn Krosche and Executive Chef Emma Gibson as they guide you through our fall edition beer dinner. Each course has been thoughtfully put together for you by these ladies. Dinner will start at 7pm with meet and greet starting at 6:30pm. The cost is $55 per person (tax and gratuity not included). Seats are very limited. Reservations required please email to reserve your spot.

Course 1
Mixed greens
Apple, dried cranberry, blue cheese
Warm bacon vinaigrette
Paired with Cactus Warrior

Course 2
Squid ink and tomato gnocchi
Herb butter
Paired with Shaman Stout

Course 3
Duck breast
Blood orange demi-glace
Polenta and sautéed greens
Paired with Blood Orange Lupulin Guardian Cask

Course 4
Roasted fig
Goat cheese and honey ice cream
Spiced shortbread
Paired with Basic Gourd
